During this session, participants will experiment with liquid latex to create unique textile surfaces, exploring texture, form, and material transformation through an experimental fashion approach.

Through a hands-on process, you will learn how to manipulate latex in different ways — layering, shaping, and combining it with other materials — to understand its behavior and expressive potential. The workshop encourages an intuitive and playful exploration, with a strong focus on learning how to work with the material itself and developing your own approach to latex as a textile.

No prior experience is needed.

Workshop structure:

• Introduction to tools and techniques for working with liquid latex
• Exploration and creation of latex textile samples
• Application phase: developing small-scale pieces using your textiles
  (The pieces are designed to be achievable within the workshop time, such as a thong, triangle bikini, book cover, or a small wall piece)
• Closing and reflection
